"The room was filthy, soda sprayed all over the ceiling and smoke detector. No drain stop in bath tub for baths. We woke up to absolutely NO water in the room. The bed was covered in plastic so everytime you moved it made a wretched sound. The "desk chair" was absolutely disgusting."

"We enjoyed our stay. They had breakfast which was a plus when traveling with kids. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. Lots of restaurants near by. "

"For the price you pay, they can definitely afford to upgrade things and everything is a seperate charge minus the pool area . The lazy river had eye lashes floating in it, and a band-aid. There were drunk ppl, ppl dressed in sweats and hoodies going into the water, couples making out in the lazy river.. its a kids place and alcohol should have a limit. The bathroom was super small, and the door dif not close all the way. More things should be included in your stay for the money. They also charge you 21 for parking 😒"

"The front desk lady from Friday-Saturday evening was amazing. She was helpful, on the ball and very pleasant. The Saturday night-Sunday front desk woman left something to be desired. A lot actually. I asked for extra towels and she gave me the 3rd degree and was incredibly rude about it. The pool was almost always out of towels and the size was much smaller than I expected. The hot tub was very well sized and perfect temperature all weekend. The water in the hot tub almost always has some of weird brown stuff from the siding floating in it and you can tell the walls and such could use some updating. Our room was nice, loved the flooring, but the AC unit was leaking significantly and the TV barely worked. There was water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door from people hanging wet things, and there is an unpainted patch in the middle of the bathroom wall. The mini fridge and microwave worked, but the fan made a weird noise when running in the “living room” and the desk bulb didn’t work. We had hot water and good water pressure though, which is a huge plus."
