"Shuttle was easy to catch from the airport. Staff was friendly and efficient. The Land & Lake restaurant on site was good food and reasonable. Pool and nice work out room. Shuttle from hotel to airport left on time about a 5 -8 min ride i think. "

"I loved the space. Me and my friend had a great time staying here while in town for a convention. The kitchen was great, I just wish there was more food in the lobby shop to make. The prices of items were also a bit much, but not that bad. Overall, we loved the room. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, the space was large and comfortable, would stay again!"

"This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area."

"The location and price of this hotel, as well as its staff, are great, but the cleaning and condition of the rooms needs to be better. Carpet was filthy at the edges and in the corners, upholstery was badly stained, and we found long hairs (not ours) and lotion rings/scum in our bathtub, which even made it slippery/unsafe."
