"Toilet was not cleaned. Looked like there was a build-up, and hadn't been addressed for some time.
There was quite a line of people to check in at three o' clock, as staff refused to check people in before 2:55pm. Office manager reprimanded guests, by saying that check- in time is 3pm, even though there were rooms ready.
Rooms were left unlocked, so it appeared to be a safely issue, as guests entered the room on arrival and found doors to be ajar. "

"Stayed here because nowhere had great reviews and this was the best of the bunch. Not good.
I understand only making up the room every other day. We stayed for 3 days and it was never made up. On day 2 and 3 we told housekeeping right near our room that we were leaving for the day and the room could be made up, only to return with nothing done.
In addition, the room has no ventilation, even running the exhaust fan in the bathroom continuously. The room was always extremely humid and the AC never reduced it. All of my clothes were damp when we packed to leave.
Refrigerator in room barely worked.
Would never stay here again."
