"At The Square Hotel rooms were very clean. Skirting boards need repainting in the bedroom and there were no chests or drawers for storing your smalls.Very modern bathroom the only problem is there isn't a separate door for the toilet so only one person can use the bathroom.
We ate at the indoor roof restaurant on two nights as it was far too hot to eat outside. On the 1st night the risotto and the steak we very good but on the 2nd night we found the main meal was not up to standard. I ordered mixed grilled fish ,the 2 small scallops and 2 small prawns were okay but the rest of the fish wasn't very nice and I sent in back and got 2 tiny prawns as replacement, my husband ordered the rack of lamb with herb crust which wasn't up to scratch and wasn't very tasty or cooked that well. The Maitre d' asked if everything was to our satisfaction , the answer was no , so unfortunately we will not be going there again. As a tip ,we noticed that some of the outside eaters were coming in to the indoor restaurant and ordering from the appetizer menus which I think I would have preferred."
