" A Nightmare Stay, Avoid This Place! I can’t stress enough how disappointing my experience was at this hotel. After staying here several times, I finally hit my breaking point. First off, the elevators were consistently out of service, unacceptable, especially in a large property. I know they are updating, but unkind front desk help makes everything feel extra dreary. The air conditioning? A complete failure. It was sweltering in my room, making for an uncomfortable stay. And let’s not even talk about the pool—it's ridiculously small for two massive towers filled with guests, rendering it almost unusable. Disappointing at best. To top it all off, I was charged for my first night despite a family emergency preventing my arrival. Honestly, I’m grateful I didn’t have to endure another night here. If I’d been granted the measly refund, I might not let all of you know about this hotels dark secrets, You are welcome. There are so many better options, safer areas, out there; this is one hotel I will never return to. Save yourself the trouble and choose elsewhere!"

"hot tub closed a little bit early "

"We had a pet friendly room which was veey nice and clean. My only complaint was that the parking lot (right outside our room) was noisy late at night, which caused our dog to bark. Check in was easy and our room was ready when we arrived. The restaurant, Belini'sis fabulous...reasonable and great menu. Overall, a very nice stay."

"Room was very clean. Some damage to a wall that could be fixed. Bed is comfortable. Room has a mini fridge and microwave. A coffee maker, but no tea. Room was touched up each day, which is nice. They had no problem with my dog, who is the most friendly guy there is. I will be back for all my trips in Reno. Great location, too, for me."

"I love Doubletree Sonoma Wine Country. I don’t stay anywhere else when I’m in this region even if my work is about 45 minutes away, I will drive that distance every day to stay here, but don’t tell anybody because I don’t like crowds."

"Staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels. Hot coffee every morning with generous breakfast buffet. Hotel was close to airport, mall and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!"
