"The hotel advertises a swim pool but doesn’t make any of the rooms available during the week in the wing of the hotel with the pool. Hence, you have to walk a considerable distance and go through the casino to get there. Would be helpful to have this info during booking. "

"Rebecca at the front desk was so helpful! I love that it’s pet friendly, however this time, the two chairs in the room were dirty and I wouldn’t use them and the bed was way too hard. Normally I’ve not had that experience there. It would be nice if there were more tea choices other than black tea."
