“We are a family of 3, I booked the room with multiple beds, but only find one king bed in the room originally. Then we were told there’s a bench by the king bed can transfer to a small bed, and there’s a sofa in the other room can sleep too. Our son eventually slept on the sofa since it’s in a separate room. But it’s not that comfortable, it can’t transfer to a bed, kind of narrow. The king bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast, the fruits are very delicious. ”

"We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager in charge. If you see this, please contact me. I was disappointed by the insincerity of the hotel."
