“We truly enjoyed our stay at The Usual in Brussels. It's such a cute and comfortable hotel. Great location and within walking distance to many great locations. We truly appreciated their focus on sustainable hospitality and their efforts in reusing leftover building materials in the interior of the hotel. Overall a great stay!”

“Breakfast was great, but the hotel's design concept was confusing and a bit chaotic. There were also no basic amenities like a bathrobe or disposable slippers, which felt more like a 3-star experience. They only provided one complimentary water bottle instead of the usual two, which was a bit disappointing. The front desk staff weren't particularly professional or warm — not sure if that's just a European thing. Overall, next time I'll probably stick to a major chain like Hilton or Marriott.”

“It is a traditional hotel with well cared.”

“There's no complementary water in the refrigerator. ”
