The location was great: close to the metro station, shopping center and restaurants. The staff were thoughtful and welcoming. The property was clean and the breakfast was delicious. I found my bed comfortable and for the first time in a one-month business trip, I was able to sleep soundly and wake up refreshed.

The hotel was very nice and located next to a metro station. The staff was wonderful, especially the staff at the restaurant. The rooms were neat and tidy and comfortable. The only negative was the walls were very thin and you could hear movement and talking coming from other rooms. Otherwise the hotel was excellent and I strongly recommend.

Staff are amazing here, very friendly accommodating. We were able to check in early and the free cookie is a nice touch, appreciated by the kids. I like the concept of refilling the water bottles in the room from a centralised water station. Even having an onsite snack shop is convenient, however its slightly costly considering the access to nearby shops.

The location was excellent, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was modern and room was large. Two things affected my rating. First, there was construction at the hotel during the week, starting as early as 7:00 a.m., which was quite disruptive. Second, although the shower was large, the floor was very slippery. A non-slip surface and maybe a handrail would make it much safer, especially after someone has showered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the convenient location.
