Being just steps away from the Central station was a key feature because we traveled to many surrounding cities with the train. Right around the corner is a vast choice of restaurants souvenir shops and it's a few streets away from the city center Grand Place. It really was magnificent and we also had a few dinners at the hotel and though a little pricey it was very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent and it had everything a Canadian would eat for breakfast. We were on the 3rd floor and it was also a very quiet room.

We were arrived earlier. The attitude of a male receptionist is little bit cold when we request earlier check-in possibility. Other than that, everything is fine. The location is great - Brussels Central train station is just cross the square, very close to attractions, and restaurants.

Mostly very nice. Their plumbing seems… problematic. Water pressure in the shower fluctuated so much that even with a temperature regulating valve the water temperature would suddenly be cold or scalding hot. Also one day housekeeping took all our towels and left us one clean towel. We called to get a second towel, but very odd. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient.

We stayed there mainly forts location which is right next to the main train station, you don't even have to cross the street. It's a big hotel with good size rooms which is nice attribute in Europe and with two double beds. The place is somewhat dated and needs some TLC. It is well located very near Grand Place and other tourist sites.
