"사파 가기전에 2박 했던 곳인데 직원분들 너무너무너무 친절하시고 조식도 역대급으로 맛있었어요. 그리고 위치가 최고였습니다. 바로 길건너에 유명 초콜릿가게, 핸드메이드 가게가 있고 도보 1분거리에 제법 큰 마트가 있어요. 성요셉성당. 반미마마. 맥주거리 등등 관광지도 다 도보 이용 가능합니다. 재방문의사 100%입니다."

"Truly heartwarming stay at Solaria Hotel I don’t usually write long reviews, but this one deserves it! If you don’t want to read it all: Highly recommend Solaria Hotel — amazing staff (especially Daria and Susan) and wonderful service. It’s now my No.1 hotel to return to in Hanoi! We stayed one night before heading to Ha Long Bay to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Ms. Daria made everything smooth and warm — from check-in to even singing a birthday song for my mom! The cake was lovely, and our room was cozy and peaceful. That night, an ATM ate my card, and Ms. Susan helped me like a true professional — arranging everything so I could get it back later. Even after checkout, she kept checking on me via WhatsApp! I was really touched by her care. Also, the spa was incredible — my parents said it was the best massage they had in Vietnam, even compared to the pricey ones! I later stayed at another hotel but missed Solaria so much. Tried to rebook but it was already full — and I can totally see why. Warm staff, genuine care, and unforgettable service. 💛 Thank you, Daria and Susan — you made our trip truly special!"
