We mentioned that why you didn't call last night to let us know, you said we were too drunk last night to call the front desk. On behalf of our entire team,Sir if i am not mistaken i spoke with you day of arrival in the morning that you want to check in early at 2pm and you were informed we do charge for early check in fee of 25. Upon check in also we informed you first you said i will wait and 30 second later you agreed to pay for early check-in. I am very disappointed that you gave us negative review on our policy of early check-in.
