“Free cookies at the check-in desk! Breakfast did the job, clean pool and hottub. Only drawback is it is a 10 minute drive from downtown LAX. We would likely stay closer to downtown in the future but that is no fault to the hotel quality itself, purely the location.”

“Moxies is a neat bar/restaurant with great drinks and food.”

“nice place”

“The sink in our room had a leak in it, so that water drained directly onto the floor. I tried to talk to the staff about this, but no one was available behind the front desk. So, we used a wastebasket to collect the water that was draining out. The hallway outside our room was dirty. Someone had left a bunch of fuzzy stuff on the floor in the evening, and it was still on the floor the next day. The breakfast was okay. They had the waffle maker and that was the best part of the stay.”

“clean well kept hotel easy access to hwy”

“The only complaint is that the bathroom pocket door was very hard to open and close and the lock didn’t work.”

“David at the front desk was excellent answered all questions about the area and local restaurants. The bathroom was the biggest issue as the water from the shower ran out on the bathroom floor. And there were no towel racks to hang the towels after the shower I appreciate that fact that we could get coffee and pop in the beverage bar- 24/7. That was very nice.”

“Things were just ok. Staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Paid more attention to themselves than with making themselves available to customer. Very non/engaging staff.”

“Great place to stay. Very warm atmosphere. Large comfortable rooms. Staff is very helpful and courteous.”
