“Free cookies at the check-in desk! Breakfast did the job, clean pool and hottub. Only drawback is it is a 10 minute drive from downtown LAX. We would likely stay closer to downtown in the future but that is no fault to the hotel quality itself, purely the location.”

“Moxies is a neat bar/restaurant with great drinks and food.”

“nice place”

“The sink in our room had a leak in it, so that water drained directly onto the floor. I tried to talk to the staff about this, but no one was available behind the front desk. So, we used a wastebasket to collect the water that was draining out. The hallway outside our room was dirty. Someone had left a bunch of fuzzy stuff on the floor in the evening, and it was still on the floor the next day. The breakfast was okay. They had the waffle maker and that was the best part of the stay.”

“Easy check in. Central location and walkable. Awesome rooftop!”

“clean well kept hotel easy access to hwy”

“Things to be aware of would be stained carpeting and dated furnishings. The bed was too hard for us but I'm aware that is a personal preference. In all the hotel was just fine. Nothing to get excited about but did the job.”

“The only complaint is that the bathroom pocket door was very hard to open and close and the lock didn’t work.”

“We had a very clean room. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were awesome. Would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“Things were just ok. Staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Paid more attention to themselves than with making themselves available to customer. Very non/engaging staff.”

“The hotel is our absolute favorite place to stay. We would not stay anywhere else.”
