“This is my second stay at Art and Lodging South Bend. It is five stars across the board. Conveniently located near downtown. Convenient to Mishawaka and the Lake Michigan beach resort towns. The home has tons of character, is well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The beds are great. There’s nothing not to like.”

Even if there was no issues with your stay (if need be). I went through Expedia and there site said to not pay these form payment the host was requesting. The ppl put non-refundable but didnt tell you how they were going to request deposit or the amount. Until after you book DONT DO IT, THEY ARE SCAMMERS”

“Pros: None Cons: — Property is located in a sketchy neighborhood — Host did not give access to the unit for 2 hours while I sat in a vehicle awaiting guidance to share ID & damage deposit. The host kept sending messages with the email and payment source censored — be prepared to send the deposit (not as a hold on the original payment used to reserve the unit) but as an additional cash payment directly to the host (outside of the rental platform. Either Zelle or Venmo — expect the host to hold...
