"I'd say the property was maintained fairly well. My own area everything was ok, I did notice the beginning of some wear on the curtains, but it wasn't obvious. I imagine most people wouldn't notice either, and this is the first place the mgrs learn about such problems.
Location makes it convenient for locals on a budget who need a quick temporary place to stay. There are hourly bus stops out front that will take you downtown (till 9pm or 11pm), shopping at Zona Rosa and I think probably Walmart if you aren't interested in Chinese food (it's at your doorstep, practically literally) Wendy's or Taco Bell right down the street.
The staff were easy, pleasant, but I suppose it depends on you. How you yourself treat people can change all that I would suppose.
I did not really explore the facilities much, but I was not expecting luxury at a discount. But sometimes we just need a decent place to stay for a day or 2, and this really worked for me."
