I notice the details and saw that there were a couple hairs in the tub, smears on the mirror, hairdryer not secured in its cradle, and white spots on the bed skirt near the wall, like a drink had been spilled. This just tells me the cleaning staff hurried through the steps without care. The carpet and chair gave a grungy feel to the room. Some people might overlook all this but don't so I wont be...

“Beds are quite comfortable. Nice towels, not the thin cheap ones. They have pump bottles in the shower with wonderful smelling hair and body wash. Hot breakfast served daily. I’d definitely stay here again.”
