“It was beautiful there, but we didn’t have TV the whole to e we were there and when I called front desk they told me they would fix it and call me back. Never happened. When I called back they said the same thing. I heard people on the gym saying theirs was out too. Then the front desk guy was no help at all and not very friendly at check out. ”

“I recently stayed at an Aloft Hotels property and unfortunately experienced an issue that was never resolved during my stay. When I arrived, there was no hot water in my room. “Booked a large corner suite for out concert night in Downtown Tulsa and felt like rock stars! HUGE room, soft beds, cool shower and views to die for. Been here before and will stay here again!!!!”

“This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. “The room looked nice when we walked in so we could tell that some renovations had been done. That was just visual cosmetics though. There were no hangers in the closet, the bed was made but poorly, and the bath faucet nearly came off the wall when I went to switch it to the shower mode. However, for the shower, the water heat and pressure were excellent.”
