"Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with El Rancho. Upon arrival, the AC in our room was broken- we witnessed an HVAC repairman working and decided to go to dinner at the hotel while it was being fixed. Dinner was fine- slow service and wrong order, but not the worst. When we returned to the room, the AC was still broken. El Rancho switched our room, however, the AC in the new room(s) offered to us was still broken (84-86 degrees). When we told them we couldn’t stay in the rooms,...

"I CALLED WEDNESDAY BEFORE MY FRIDAY CHECK IN. WAS TOLD YES BOTH MY ROOMS WERE CANCELLED. THEN SATURDAY MY BANK CARD WAS CHARGED FOR BOTH ROOMS AND BOTH DAYS. PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $160.00 +$2.50. FOR WHAT I DONT KNOW. THE REPRESENTIVE AT EXPEDIA WAS EXCELLENT. SHE CALLED SLEEP INN IN GALLUP NW AND TALKED TO ERIC AT THE FRONT DESK FOR ME. SHE WAS ABLE TO GET THEM TO SAY THEY WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND. IN 5 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF COURSE."
