“Difficult to decide what would raise this from a 3 star to 4 star hotel apart from larger rooms, bathrooms, TV screen & extra furniture because everyhthing in the hotel was beyond what we expected. Good choice in menu (although fresh filter coffee rather than the machine Americano would have been preferable), well prepared & the portions generous. We expect to go back on another occasion. ”

“축구장옆이라서 방에서도 축구장이 보입니다. 마침 경기가 있어서 티켓을 구매해서 바로 옆이라 편하게보고 왔습니다 노리치 기차역에서 걸으면 15분정도 걸립니다 짐없으면 걸을만하구요 10분거리에 대형쇼핑몰이 크게있어서 장보고 먹는데 부담없고 나이키할인매장과 H&M이있습니다. 해가 일찍지는관계로 금방어두워져서 쇼핑몰에서 호텔까지 밤에 혼자걷기는 좀 무섭습니다.체크인을 하고 짐을 맡아주어서 부담없이 시간을 보내다 왔습니다.직원들 친절합니다.방은 좀 춥구요”

“Everything was good for us—location, service, room condition, etc. We had a very pleasant stay at Stracey. ”

“The staff are really friendly, the room is a good size and the beds comfy. The room is clean, but unfortunately as soon as we opened the door we were hit by the smell of smoke. It’s a non smoking room, but clearly the previous occupants had been smoking. The cleaner had left the window open and we were given an air freshener to spray but it didn’t help. The hotel was full so couldn’t be moved. A real shame, a child and 2 non smokers, it spoilt the stay really.”

“Check in was very smooth, staff very friendly and informative about facilities and function rooms as there were 2 in progress. Breakfast room was spotless and well laid out with a large selection of items to suit alm dietary requirements. ”

“Lovely room with huge bed. Nice and clean and staff friendly. Food was average with the humus and babaganush completely tasteless. They’d also run out of a couple of key elements of the main menu which made the choices difficult. Other than that was ok”
