โWhat a wonderful stay! Our room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and very nice. They were a few cracks in the sink/floor in the bathroom but aside from that, perfect! The staff was super kind and helpful with our bags. We enjoyed the lounge, delicious drinks at the bar, and all f the taxidermy! Great location. โVHS is such a beautiful hotel in a perfect central location. The general manager, Luca, is absolutely amazing! We got to the hotel a few hours before check-in, and he went out of his way to move some things around so that all three of us could get into our rooms by 11am. VHS is perfect combination of charm, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended! โ
โGreat hotel in an amazing location, right next to Kensington Palace and Kensington Gardens. Also walking distance from Kensington High Street tube. Rooms were recently refurbished and laid out very nicely, extremely comfortable and great amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.โ
