First of all,you did not stay at our place. We don't know why you're valued. You booked our place for 22nd Dec-26th Dec on 12th Apr. And then you demanded to refund on 20th Dec,2day before you check-in. We have not sold our room you have kept for 8 months more. Why we have to accept to refund ? You are too late to cancel,we can not re-sell the room. We are guest house,are not Snow Resort.We are open even if the snow resort is not open. Additionally,Nozawaonsen Snow Resort opened 24th Dec,and we take our customers to Ryuo Snow Park have already opened for free before they opened. Anyway,you should not book without accepting the condition the plan is non-refund plan.
