"Everything was perfect. Room condition, Service, Rotenburo was great. I’d like to give exceptional thank to chef Sakaguchi, that she made unforgettable moment for my family. It was definatedly more than great. But except one. At the last day’s morning aroun 8AM, when I asked flu pill and dringking water for my wife, a boy at front desk (couldn’t get his name yet you would know) told me to have tap water is dringkable. I have lived Japan 2 years before, so I DO know the situation. I met several “those kind of people” here, No excuse. I got bottled water from other cleaning officer after then, however you’d better to do place diciplin for the issue. Yet the population were relatively less than average. I admit. I can name dozens of other ridiculous episodes worse than this. but- Because I really loved the hotel and, would likely to visit there again, I’d like to see it getting better."
