Excellent location, just one block from Sapporo station underground path. Easy walk underground to most restaurants. Great public onsen for relaxing after long day skiing.

We didn’t get the check in instructions 24 hours ahead as indicated. Also nobody answered the phone number posted on the door. This made for a terrible check in. Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. Sapporo Station and places around there (shopping, Hokkaido University, etc.) are also walkable, but it's a bit of a stretch, especially on hot days. Check-in and check-out was smooth.
