Makomanai Sekisui Heim Ice Arena Tours

We really enjoyed the space. It was new, clean and well equipped with everything that we needed for our 5 nights stay. The space had two double beds, couch, tv, kitchen, laundry. The only thing we would have liked is if they had bigger beds. Two double beds for four people reservation is too small.

Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and clean. There were no tea or coffee provided in the room. Also, there were only 2 glasses and 2 mugs. There was no plates or bowls provided. Otherwise, it was quick comfortable and location was good.

This place was great. Breakfast was good. The hot springs was good. The staff was good and always brought us more water and towels even when we were napping and had the do not disturb sign up.
