"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of...

"We are used to small rooms in Japan, but this was too small. We only took 1 piece of luggage and that was too much! Ok, so the room was small but everything else was superb. The room was spotless, as was the entire hotel. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Many โfrom Hokkaidoโ options that varied each day and itโs a buffet so you can eat as much as you with of this delicious food. Lastly, Susukino is somewhat of a red-light district, but itโs Japan, so we still felt very safe, just a bit sad."
"Location is everything! In the heart of Sapporo between Odori and Susukino, easy access to food, shops and transportation.
Room was clean and spacious. Family room comes with kitchenette - stove, microwave, medium fridge with proper freezer, washing machine and pod coffee machine with coffee and tea pods! Free microwave popcorn for family room too! Beds are comfy, furniture is new.
Onsen is not very large for the number of guests using it at peak time. We used it off-peak in the evening between 630pm - 715pm - post dinner crowd started at 7pm!! In the morning when it opens at 6am, IT IS CROWDED.
Free popsicle/ice cream post onsen. "
"Comfortable stay for 2 nights at Gardens Cabin in the deluxe capsule. Comfortable bed and well designed capsule. The temperature was rather overly warm for me and thereโs no way of adjusting this so just be aware. Breakfast was decent, otherwise the attached 7-11 is very convenient. Overall it was a good budget option for Sapporo. Excellent location."

Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of parking space would make it more usable. In the kitchen, a toaster would be a nice and inexpensive addition. Lastly, a bracket for the bathtub water spray would be welcome, to enable the tub to be used as a shower if desired. "
