"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. "Under the beds arenโt clean. Chairs were not in good condition. Wooden panel came off in kitchen. Need to do room check just in case. But overall still a decent place to stay at."

"I really enjoy my time here. The rooms were nice and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. A walkable distance from susukino in a nice quiet neighborhood. Only issue is if there are residents upstairs you can hear every step they take."

"Comfortable stay for 2 nights at Gardens Cabin in the deluxe capsule. Comfortable bed and well designed capsule. The temperature was rather overly warm for me and thereโs no way of adjusting this so just be aware. Breakfast was decent, otherwise the attached 7-11 is very convenient. Overall it was a good budget option for Sapporo. Excellent location."

Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of parking space would make it more usable. In the kitchen, a toaster would be a nice and inexpensive addition. Lastly, a bracket for the bathtub water spray would be welcome, to enable the tub to be used as a shower if desired. "
