I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. What I liked: The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a washing machine (no dryer) in the room was very convenient for a longer stay. The hotel’s location made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. What could be better: We stay for 18 nights, Housekeeping only provided free of charge once every 7 days. That’s the biggest challenge for us. We have no idea where to put our trash, we tried to put it in hallway at the morning though the housekeeping would collect it, but ended up stayed there for 2 days. We were told to hand the trash in to the reception. Another thing, there was no safe box in the room to put our valuable belongings. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen utensils are well-equipped, and all the staff are friendly.

Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and clean. There were no tea or coffee provided in the room. Also, there were only 2 glasses and 2 mugs. There was no plates or bowls provided. Otherwise, it was quick comfortable and location was good.

Onsen is not Tattoo friendly. Small rooms. But very clean

Right across the street from Sapporo station. Excellent location to other attractions in the area. You don’t even have to leave the hotel as there is train station access from the basement floor. Walking distance within areas in downtown Sapporo (Odori, Susukino). Clean and quiet hotel and room. Staff are friendly. Easy check-in process, quick check-out as well. I did not opt for breakfast, but it seemed quite good (local cafe does the hotel breakfast buffet) — will consider choosing the breakfast option if I’m in Sapporo/Hokkaido again. Would definitely stay here again!
