โThe overall experience was amazing, comfortable and we felt safe. The only small issue I had was that the arms to the garage didn't work so in reality, people could potentially park for free opposed to guest who had to pay a nightly rate. There was an option for street parking but it's a bit of a distance from the entrance of the hotel and from the skywalk to get into the hotel.

โStaff was nice. Property was clean and taken care of. Service was slightly lacking because front desk wasn't always there and at breakfast things ran out and didn't get refilled very quick...even 2 hours later they still hadn't brewed more coffee. Great place, just a little room to improve.โ

โWhile our stay was satisfactory. There seems to be a major issue between (individual or entire staff) staff and general manager of this facility. This was raised to us customers by a letter in an envelope placed under residence doors. Marriott leadership should investigate this incident. Staff claims GM is very abusive to all staff.โ
โThis is where i stay, every time i'm in town....just a mile away fr Par-A-Dice casino (my destination each visit for its well run table games)....very welcoming motel, for the tidiness, comfort, quietness and easy location....terrific staff, always helpful!โ
