The hotel is nice on the outside but outdated in the inside. Although the location is good in front of Waikiki beach. Overall good hotel.

The Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach staff and service was top notch. It’s a stone throw from the beach and also provides free beach chairs and umbrella rentals via a third party a few blocks away from the hotel. The only thing the room could use is a microwave. Also be aware that parking at the hotel garage is on the expensive side at $50/day. A 10-day stay cost $500 in parking alone.

There were two occasions when housekeeping missed servicing my room. However, once I brought it to the staff’s attention, they responded promptly and ensured my room was cleaned consistently for the remainder of my stay. Aside from that, I had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The Swell Pool was fantastic, and the hotel’s location was excellent—just steps from the beach and within walking distance of many great dining options and food trucks. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.
