This is our second time staying here, and we love the convenience to everything, the porches for reading, drinking coffee, and watching the harbor.

This an amazing place to stay in oak bluffs! It is very quiet and peaceful within the house yet walkable to everything you need within oak bluffs. We had a beautiful view of the water from our balcony and would most definitely stay here again.

The property sits where all the action is. The room is very clean however the bed mattress gave us severe back problems. The mattress needs to be change because we were stuck in the middle like a taco. The host flipped it but the mattresses needed to be replaced. The property is straight to the point with needing somewhere to sleep and bathe and the host was lovely but to save my back maybe not.

Old fashion treat

Lovely old house and the location was excellent. In the center of everything and close to free bus service for all over the island. Lovely and helpful owner.

this was a hands off vacation, don't expect to see anyone connected with the hotel, if you are ok with that you will love this place

Truly an outstanding property and exceptional value for this area. Located right across from the harbor with a wraparound porch for taking in the sunset. Easy walk to tons of dining, shopping, ferry and bus stops.

Property is located in the heart of the action in Oak Bluffs. Beautiful view of the harbor from the front porch. Room was simple, clean and charming, and more than enough for a weekend of exploring Martha's Vineyard. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the Vineyard.

Perfect inn for exploring Oak Bluffs ! Owners are so lovely and make sure you have everything you need for adventures .. water , maps, umbrellas, beach chairs, recommendations, luggage storage .. even beach towels and phone chargers! Can’t wait to come back next year to our cottage room with a gorgeous ocean balcony !

If I didn’t know better, I would have thought I was in a Paris suite. The room was beautiful and just lovely, comfortable and very cozy. It was small but compact. I’m telling you, it had everything you needed: television, table/desk, chair, small sink and very functional. The bathroom shower was perfect size and enough room to use bathroom comfortably. Very comfortable bed and plenty of towels. They even had a small refrigerator. It was just beautiful with a nice dresser to put your clothes in even managed to add a comfortable chair where you could sit to read with a small lamp table. It was just amazing and it was immaculately maintained. The lobby was nice and cozy and it was just quiet and peaceful and I tell you next year I’m definitely coming and I’m staying for an entire week. Superb!! Not to mention the location. Next to everything. Concert hall restaurants stores shops ice cream parlors pizza parlors. Walking distance to steamship for shuttle. We left our car parked on other side and paid $22 per ticket round trip car would have been 360$ on ferry.
