“Make sure you request the third floor. It was so loud. The people above us were, it sounded like, tap dancing until midnight and woke us up at 5am. The hotel provided ear plugs and a sound machine which was helpful. The pool was to open at 10am but didn't until a bit later so couldn't use. Liked the tea/coffee station in the room though and the walking path by the river was beautiful.”

“Room was clean and newly renovated but the bathroom was very small and tight. And we are not big people. So keep that in mind if you need more room.”

“This is a wonderful little motel. The room and bathroom were immaculate with very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower and good television. It’s also in a great location with easy parking and restaurants with in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Good, clean, and quiet place to stay. There were multiple concerts and events in town that weekend, so rates were a little high throughout Eugene. It was a fair rate, and I couldn’t hear another guest the entire stay. Room is fine, really nothing fancy but it definitely does the trick, AC worked just fine. Convenient location, although perhaps not the fanciest part of town.”

“The motel owner was so kind and the room was quite clean. I arrived the town late evening so I was not sure where the motel was located. The motel was far away from downtown.”
