“Room was clean. Tvs are out dated and the breakfast well you couldn't call that a breakfast cereal and toast. People hanging outside the hotel at all hours”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The air conditioners don’t work, the rooms are dirty, and everything smells bad. The entire property is in terrible condition and badly deteriorated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will never stay here again.”

“The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Well located just outside of downtown KC. Excellent choice for accessing shopping, restaurants and other activities within the city. Absolutely no complaints. I will stay here again.”

“This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.”
