Oak Ridge Plaza Shopping Center Tours

The name itself is exactly what it implies. It’s old. Which isn’t terrible. But the place is unique, authentic and has a bit of charm. Room was clean. Water gets extremely hot (if you are into that). Staff were helpful and nice. The location is a good walking distance to and from bourbon street and French quarter, and many restaurants and activities. The downside… although the place brings its charm, the room’s floor is wooden. I assume original. Therefore, the floor creaks with just about every step. It’s something to not be upset or annoyed about…until you have a neighbor…that’s a family…with little ones running back and forth late at night, while you’re trying to sleep. Oh and if you’re interested in some random couple’s quarrels, you’re definitely going to hear both sides of the argument and know who was right, as you’re laying there hoping they’d just go to sleep. Point is, there’s no noise insulation. And after a long night of drinking, it’s a nuisance. The place is okay, but I rather stay at a regular hotel than deciding to stay at a place that has charm. 3.5ish stars

The staff was excellent. They really make sure that everything that was taken care for me my room, my reservations. The property was excellent. It was a good atmosphere.

The rooftop pool was great.
