โWe loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we wonโt be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try. Also, they were so accommodating and helpful with our moving truck. A big thank you for a lovely stay. โ
โVery clean hotel, convenient as itโs downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didnโt have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and canโt believe how congested and built up...
โBeautiful style home with inviting common spaces, great shared bathroom amenities, comfortable mattress in River Room ( though sagged a bit), and wonderful location on quiet street just off the River Path. โ
โOur stay was great! The staff was very nice. Every where we went was a 10 minute drive or less. Close to the baseball field and football stadium. โ
โMy husband and I have been staying in this hotel for years. Now we have two little ones and we still stay in this hotel. Thereโs plenty of activities for the kids to do, thereโs a restaurant, and a coffee shop for the mornings. Valet is awesome! Honestly, the beds are not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is pretty amazing.โ
โThe stay was a pleasant surprise. The motel is in remarkable condition, maintained well, and is very comfortable. I was surprised how quiet it was!!! The staff was very helpful and polite. Only negative is the breakfast but it is as described and ok due to the savings seen on the invoice!โ

Check-in was a breezeโfast, easy, and warmly handled by the friendly front desk staff. Both of our rooms were impressively stocked with thoughtful amenities: granola bars, coffee and decaf packets, bottled water, a table with chairs, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, and even a recliner sofa alongside a comfy bed.
