“We absolutely loved this resort and the staff. The property, the room, the people and the food was excellent! The only hiccup was the spa where they had less experienced staff providing services which didn’t match the pricing. They made up for it though with compensating us with a better price — very classy on them. I would definitely come back ! Thank you to the staff!”

Das Personal ist durchweg herzlich, jeder grüßt freundlich und begegnet einem mit einem Lächeln. Wir hatten eine Suite, die hochwertig ausgestattet war und sogar einen Steamer im Zimmer hatte - ein tolles Detail. Leider hatten wir an 7 von 10 Tagen deutliche Probleme mit dem Getränkeservice im...

“Die Hotelanlage war wunderbar und alles war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und insbesondere der große Privatpool waren traumhaft, einziges Manko: in der Dusche war die Duschwand kaputt und es hat leicht geschummelt, außerdem hatten wir immer wieder mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Der Service in den Restaurants und den Bars war immer perfekt. Schade war, dass man im Hauptrestaurant keinen Einlass hatte, wenn man ein Themenrestaurant gebucht hatte, auch wenn es erst spät abends war.”

“A nice hotel, but if you don’t have children please book the sister hotel next door Ella Elissa. Helea is a very big, very busy hotel full of screaming children. Rooms are nice but again can hear babies crying all night. Perfect for families with young children, but anyone else should seek an alternative.”

“Sauberes Zimmer (zumindest im Hauptgebäude modern ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend), Geschirr beim Essen allerdings nicht immer ganz sauber und teilweise noch nass, Auffüllen der Mini Bar nur auf Nachfrage und mehr als 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden nie aufgefüllt. Hatte darum gebeten anstelle von Softdrinks und Bier. Essen war etwas eintönig und die Qualität nicht die beste, aber das liegt an einem 4 Sterne Standard.”

“An absolute beautiful hotel! We had one on the swim up rooms. Our room was perfect because it has some shaded areas for some of the afternoon. The staff were really friendly and really accessible on WhatsApp. They responded almost instantly. Would 100% stay again if the price is right thank you.”

“Beautiful hotel we had a room with a pool it was nothing short of fabulous. The room had air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe and fridge. We had breakfast included which was lovely they had everything from fruit to full English. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the beach but there are restaurants and bars five minutes away. We had a lovely time thank you.”
