"Lovely hotel and staff were great. The hotel is super clean and bar/restaurants are well stocked. However I would recommend looking at this sister hotel next door if, like us, you are not traveling with kids as there are no child free areas and it did get quite loud. Even though there is a no reserving sun bed policy it is not enforced but there are plenty of beds to choose from if like us you are not someone who wants to get up early to put your towel on a bed. For us the beds were a little too hard but I think that is more of a preference thing. Overall would recommended to anyone with children!"

"Super clean and classy room with a balcony with views of the sea. Great for a morning coffee. The shared pool was nice touch but limited sun but main pool was amazing - best sun lounges ever. All the staff was super friendly and kind - even gave me a free birthday. Good food choices and bar to lounge - super quiet so not you if need vibes. Would go again. Highly recommend."

"We stayed for four nights in an open-plan sea-view suite at Ammades All Suites Beach Hotel & Spa. The room was spacious, modern, and well-designed, featuring a dual-function shower, sleek bathroom LED lighting, scales, and flannels. The service from the restaurant and fifth-floor housekeepers was exceptional. In the restaurant, Samantha was welcoming and consistently competent, while Maria’s friendly demeanor brightened every morning. The Filipino cleaning crew went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Conversely, reception staff were perfunctory and lacked the enthusiasm and genuine engagement seen elsewhere. Grounds maintenance was top-notch, with gardeners working as early as 7:00 AM. Breakfast food quality was excellent—the eggs Benedict and honey station were highlights. However, combining a help-yourself buffet with à la carte ordering led to unpredictable dish timing and sequencing, unlike full self-service where guests control the pace. While not a dealbreaker, it is worth management’s consideration. Security was impressive, with a 24-hour guard presence at the entrance and guest parking area. Features like this set the property apart and may contribute to its prestigious Michelin Key award on Rhodes. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel."

"The hotel is amazing. We stayed for a week with two 3 year Olds and enjoyed it a lot. There a lot of attractions and activities for the kids in this hotel. The food was good and versatile. The down sides are quality of the bed mattress and the shower which is not comfortable, and the pools aren't heated up so if you're coming out of season they might be cold . Other than that I recommend the hotel a lot!!"

"Lovely stay at the Sun Palace Hotel. The pool areas and the water park were great. Lots of places to sit and sunbeds. The only problem was that the sunbeds are very dated and uncomfy, a lot of them are ripped, broken. The food always had great variety and there is something for everyone. In between meal times there are cafes which have food you can get at any point. Unlimited gyros at the water park cafe. There are a lot of drinks machines plotted around and you just help yourself which is great as you don’t have to queue at a bar waiting. Same with the ice cream. The room cleaning was not great. we selected our room to be cleaned every day and the towels were always replaced. However, the bedding wasn’t. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and it was not cleaned once. I think they only replace towels and change bedding on certain days. The location is close to Faliraki strip and beach. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the old town and airport in a car. There is free parking at the hotel and we hired a car which was great. Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly."
