En general este hotel es un buen lugar para alojarse, el personal es capacitado habla ingles y español. Las camas son limpias y comodas. El baño igual es muy limpio y todos los dias se hace la limpieza. Si tu buscas un buen lugar y costo accesible este es el indicado para relajarte. Del centro de oaxaca se hacen de 15 minutos a 20 minutos en coche.

We loved our stay at Hacienda Los Laureles! The grounds are beautiful and since it is up in the San Felipe neighborhood it is quiet and we slept really well. Staff was incredibly nice and even sent a charger to us by taxi when we left it behind. Enjoyed the restaurant too - waiters were pleasant and food was good!

Excelente servicio y atención

El servicio y la atención del personal excelente. Las instalaciones limpias, de buena calidad el mobiliario, un lugar muy tranquilo y la comodidad de las instalaciones en general de primer nivel. La atención en el restaurante muy atenta, rápida y los alimentos de excelente sabor y calidad. Realmente un lugar muy recomendable para esta varios días. Se puede pensar que por la distancia esta lejos del centro de Oaxaca, pero realmente es fácil llegar al centro en poco tiempo en taxi. En general un excelente lugar para hospedarse.

The hotel is wonderful, but it is far from the center of town & was very empty during our stay. Jacuzzi & pool are not heated & are too cold to go in in Feb. The garden is beautiful, but is not what I would call 'extensive.' The service is very personal, since we were about the only guests.

A good hotel

Clean and spacious, an enjoyable stay. Furniture is old, but the rooms are clean and the staff put in the extra effort to help out. A little far from the city center, but not prohibitively so.

Hotel Butique más caro de lo que es

El hotel alejado del centro lo cual le da cierta privacidad, sin embargo para el tema turistico es forzoso tomar taxi de unos 15 o 20 minutos. Tiene un jardin espectacular y el servicio es bastante bueno, asimismo el restaurante esta por arriba del promedio con una buen carta. Sin embargo las camas no son equiparables a un hotel boutique. Considero que el precio esta elevado para el tipo de hotel que es.

Hacienda Los Laureles

The hotel is lovely but very far from town. I am a fast walker and it took me an hour to walk to the center. It is good for a very quiet and secluded getaway. The food in the restaurant was very good and the service terrific. The pool is not what I expected. It was clean enough but very small.

The hotel is located away from Central Civco, there is no hotel shuttle van. Have to rely on taxis. Granted it is only a $5 taxi ride to the Central Civco, but that is the only option. WiFi is very weak if you are staying on the 2nd floor, the pool is small, and the jacuzzi heater works partly. If was going to stay in Oaxaca again, I'd would definitely stay somewhere else, unless you like the total peace & quiet of this place. Would recommend the El Camino Real or the Holiday Inn Express.
