"The main areas of this hotel are very cute - a courtyard with a pool, a rooftop terrace... But our room was dark and run down. The room windows mostly seem to open to a open air column so no sunlight could come in and you can clearly hear other guests in their rooms. The bathroom, although clean, needs upgrades. However, staff were kind and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location!"
"Great location within walking distance of the Zócalo, markets, and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and our room was cleaned daily. We stayed for a total of 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The only issue we noticed during the last two days was low water pressure, which was a minor inconvenience for us. Overall, we loved the place and would gladly stay here again."
