"The water genuinely takes 30-45 mins to get warm in the shower. The rooms smell terrible. "

"Clean, big room with ample space for 4 guests. The property is older, but in decent condition. Our original room smelled like smoke and the front desk promptly moved us to a different room. We didn’t try the breakfast, but for $11/pp it looked like a good deal. Free coffee and water in the lobby. Overnight parking fee was $29 which was reasonable for the LAX area."

"The room was clean and easy to find. The staff at the check in counter and valet were both great. We were going to a concert at the Intuit Dome. It was about a 15 minute drive to and from the hotel. Very easy drive as well so it’s a great place to stay if you’re planning a trip to any of the venues in Inglewood. The room was very quiet. We didn’t hear any other people around or above us. We couldn’t even hear the traffic on the freeway. I will definitely be staying here again in the future if I’m in the area. "

"Tv in room was poor quality. Picture on tv was washed out and faded. Too tired and too late to call front desk. Also and this was huge deal your shuttles appeared to be down or broken and you used one of joes garage shuttles. People waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle. I feared of being late for our flight. Front desk person was not courteous about the shuttle issue. If your shuttles go down you need to have more than one running for people to get to the airport being your an airport hotel. "
