Susan and Grace were excellent and had superior customer service. Susan went above and beyond the call of duty assisting us with our handicap accessible room. Marcie was great with assisting us at breakfast. She greeted us daily with a smile and recognized us. She was great! Susan should be recognized for her superior customer service skills. She is truly a valuable asset to your organization.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was good; bed was comfortable. The pool could have been cleaned; there were bugs and dirt on the bottom of the pool.
