This was the best hotel that I’ve stayed in. You could smell the cleanliness throughout the hotel. It was decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree.

Staff were great, and omg I wish I knew what type of mattress they had in there rooms that was the comfiest bed! For only being there for 4 hour of sleep we felt very refreshed!

Parking lots dark and Front drop off area waisting limited parking spaces, Handicap parking is around side of building and not very user friendly, also very limited, Otherwise very nice hotel , beautiful open 6 story balcony’s circleing every floor, with two glass windowed elevators. Definitely the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve ever seen, more like a high end resort.

Key to room was difficult. Each time I tried to enter the room, the key did not catch the signal and it took me many times to get it right. That should be fixed. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and smelled good

This hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The facility is just extremely dated and old. Every single thing in the room needs updating. It felt like I walked into 1987. I’m impressed with how they’ve maintained it to not smell or feel musky.
