We didn’t stay. We took at look at property and room and said we were not staying. The pool was empty. People sitting outside room no shoes or shirts just shirts. Homeless all around. Had to body slam to look at room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Ac button taped over. Room super hot. No phone in room in case of problems or emergency. That’s a red flag. Absolutely didn’t feel safe.

Clean, but well warn-out motel. There is a microwave in the room, but you need to bring your own mv-safe cups/plates to use it. They do not provide any. Built-in hair dryer did not work. Had to ask for it the receptionist. TV is working but again had to ask for help to start watching it because it was not tuned properly.

There is NO daily , nor ANY housekeeping. There is NO breakfast or coffee. There is NO people in the office. The room was just a concrete square with a bed, small table, 2 cracked and withered chairs. Bathroom is from 1960. The tub faucet never stopped running. We had one rill of toilet paper for 6 days, 2 people. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES! They do not show the truth of what you will get. The only good thing i can say is there are no roaches and no bedbugs.

No breakfast offered even though it's listed. You can't get into the lobby they do everything through the night window that's just big enough to pass your hand through. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned based off the amount of dirt in the corners and the shirt tag stuck to the wall from a previous renter. The pool was completely unusable. I know it's not spring yet but you'd think with it being right around the corner they would at least be working on it or something. Also, the playground is one like I used to play on when I was a kid in the 80's like it was built then and never updated so unless you are up to date on your tetanus shot I wouldn't go near it. Not family friendly it's used as a long term rental place with broken down beat up cars in the lot that you can tell didn't go anywhere. Only up side is it's right there walking distance to get to silver springs but it's not worth the stay. Rude staff I will definitely not return. I even made a complaint with Expedia regarding the false advertisement with this property. Most the the images you see have been documented up by Ai.

This property is terrible both outside and inside environments. My room was not clean, the sink drained slow, has not been updated since the 70s. My TV didnt work.The staff, was beyond rude. No breakfast, they wouldnt even let me into the office. The "housekeeping" in my room, was me. Worst motel i have ever been in.

Además me pidieron una tarjeta de crédito, el wifi no entraba en la habitación, los baños estaban percudidos, había un mal olor, las instalaciones son viejas y no coinciden con las fotos de la página. Llegamos por la noche al alojamiento. La pareja que atiende en recepción estaba durmiendo y salió de malas maneras a comunicarnos que no había habitaciones. Nosotros nos quedamos muy asombrados pues teníamos reservada desde hace medio año una habitación triple. (Dos canas dobles). De malas maneras nos dicen que han tenido un problema de fontanería (que era en su casa, no en las habitaciones) y que solo tienen una habitación con una cama. Nos toca dormir tres personas en una cama. Además teníamos reservado el desayuno y ni tan siquiera ofrecían desayuno. ¡Una estafa!

This was one of the worst stays, I will never stay at this motel even if you payed me, staff was very rude, house keeping never came I had to go get supplies from the office myself, and they actedlike I was stealing from them, there were no ameminitys, and you got one cup of coffee, with no creamer or sugar, and it was like you were bothering them to ask something of them oh there was one positive thing about parking in front of your room, but you could not park right because it interfer with the walk way

Got in around midnight and I had paid everything online and when I got the window took someone 20 minutes to come to the door. The man asked me do you have any pets and I said yes he said 15 per pet I told him I already paid on line and I don’t under stand what is going on and then I also asked him why wasn’t there any water in there pool can’t use the pool big picture of it on the hotel.com before I could say anything else he threw my license and credit card at me and started screaming cancel cancel and slammed his little door

Upon arrival the staff came off very aggressive and rude. She changed the price multiple times, I advised her that I had already paid online thru expedia and I also told her that I brought my 2 children a total of 4 guest initially that was not the plan so the reservation was for 2people. After being honest about that and willing to pay any additional fees she became enraged and started throwing things and slamming the papers on the desk yelling that "she was sick and tired of people sneaking extra people and went on a rant about how a previous person had 6 people in the room" My wife and I calmly sympathized with her and said he are being honest and most hotels that you get a room with 2 beds will allow 4guest max. She argued that their policy for a room with 2 beds was only 3 people. lol and demanded more money, but when my wife explained what was stated in the description she rudely told us if we didnt like it we could leave. (we shouldve just cancelled and left instead of allowing her to continue to disrespect us, but we were tired and just wanted to rest) finally after everything was situated we paid the extra and the key was given. We drove around the office to the room. The pool has no water, the unkeep of the property looks nothing like the photos "maybe 20-30yrs ago" the porches of the rooms most are cluttered with what appears to be long term stays, it looks unsafe outside and as we entered the room in only got worst we brought lysol but that didnt help
