“Lovely hotel and grounds. We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful. “It was our 4th time in lake como. We got married at villa Regina teodolinda this time. We stayed here for 5 days before. The best hotel in all of lake como. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. "The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom Two things that could be improved: 1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
