"Excellent hotel, fabulous location and staff amazing who went out of their way to help us, even letting us check in a full 6hrs early when we arrived at 9am after a long flight from the UK, even though we had only asked to store our luggage until actual check in time!"

"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "

"Outstanding hotel most worthy of 5 stars. The only disclaimer is construction of adjacent buildings, obviously outside of the control of this excellent hotel, could be noisy if you sleep past 8 AM. Otherwise most highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again next visit to Sydney."

"The property is ok, but the services are not good as aspected, with broken elevators and coffee machines. My wife lost her white color coat when the hotel the room cleaning staff mistakenly collected the white coat with hotel white towels together and never return to us. "
