"It is a noisy location with muted music well into the night, but that is due to the location itself. Room was large, clean and staff was friendly. Elevators did stop working once but seemed to be quickly fixed. Water station doesn't offer just plain water - so we didn't use it. Was just okay - we didn't have the problems some others have reported. "

"The property only had one entrance. Although there were other areas where you could exit the property, you couldn’t re-enter even with your key card. This made it very inconvenient if you parked in the lot and your room was literally on the other side of the property. The second elevator worked only 20% of the time (good that they had another elevator because the main elevator would get crowed quick, but the fact that it rarely worked made it feel like it was only one). The staff was nice (Ralph at the front desk gets a 10/10). The room (although very spacious) needed improvements, but it got the job done for the most part. The cleaning staff was subpar at best. Even after all of that, I still would stay again. "

"Don’t accept a room next to the elevator if you are a light sleeper. The sound of the elevator is loud and disturbing. I was on the first floor and you hear lots of talking from the lobby. "
