Excellent service! Very professional, security staff escorted us through the onsite bomb shelter. Tasty craft Ukrainian spirits available by extremely helpful bar staff, beautiful walking area in every direction! Perfect place to explore and enjoy Odesa!

Top notch

Absolutely excellent staff, lovely and helpful and mostly speaking better English than I do Ukrainian/Russian. Location is good - close to most everything, making getting around by foot easy. Gym/pool facilities also top notch. I certainly hope to return to both Odesa and this hotel! Given the woes of our time it may be worth mentioning that the bomb shelter on site is also safe, convenient and has a water cooler, comfortable chairs and even beds.

We were originally booked for Londonskaya hotel they were closed so they transferred us to the Bristol Hotel the hotel was absolutely magnificent definite recommendation the staff were so honest polite great service was fantastic

The hotel receptionist Derya Is absolute awesome as usually in Turkey they can be quite rude she was very helpful and the hotel is located in a very good position definitely recommend Cost to shops Metro and restaurants

unexpected transfer to another hotel

Just keep in mind that Londonskaya was closed for refurbishment when I arrived. It would have expected you to know that and to have informed me about it in advance. Still, I was put up at Bristol, so the scores you see are for it.

Great hotel and pool

Wonderful heated swimming pool but only problem is that lap swimmer don’t always able to swim. Management team should let’s kids and seniors to stay together, not to spread everywhere, so lap swimmers could get some work out done.

First it looks like a very old palace. Second, they have palatial rooms that people like Mastroani, Chekov and other famous people stayed in. I suppose it’s been the best hotel in Odessa for a century. Third, rooms are huge especially the suites named after people. I stayed in one when I could but it’s literally booked all the time. It’s not that expensive if u can get it. Fourth location is perfect. It’s on a park in the city center. No cars are allowed through unless the hotel allows them. Fantastic street musicians all around. Concerts with famous professionals down the Potemkin Steps a hundred yards away. The magnificent opera where I got to see Romeo and Juliette in Prokofiev’s home town a hundred yards the other way. Every major restaurant and attraction within a 20 minute walk. The ladies at the front desk were ultra professional and took care of every detail to help me out. Even had lab people to come and do covid tests in my room for my next trip. The spa is huge and fantastic. It’s a major hotel for weddings and corporate conferences and parties so once a week the music will be really loud until around 11. Food was meh but breakfast is decent. Lots of variety. Food staff works hard. There are literally hundreds of restaurants with a 15 minute walk. I had to move so went to one remote luxury hotel at twice the price. But the location, facilities and service of this hotel can’t be beat especially at its price. Best cereal hotel by far.

Beautiful Old Hotel in City Center. Well maintained and spotless. The Staff was very efficient and front desk all spoke English well. Very reasonable priced for a 5 star hotel. Morning Breakfast was good although service in Restaurant is somewhat slow for other meals. This unfortunately is the case in a number of Odessa restaurants. Recommended and I would stay here again.

Very beautiful historic hotel

Very beautiful old building. This hotel has been operating as a hotel since 1846! The ceiling height in our room must have been over 6 meters. My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is very central.

Great location and hotel, friendly stuff and nice breakfast at the terrace. The couple things that need to be fixed is a parking and more open access to a spa zone and pool, but overall it’s a great place to be.
