“Sehr schönes, modernes top renovietes Hotel, tolles Frühstück, schöne und grosse wellness Anlage. Mühsam ist der Checkin/checkout mit längeren Wartezeiten: das gesendetete Email für self Checkin funktioniert nicht. Die nette Frau meinte sie wisse auch nicht, es es sei halt alles neu. Dann muss selber alles von Hand eingegeben werden. VIele Daten, 3 mal das Land auswählen. ID kann nicht gescannt werden. Beim Checkout ist nicht möglich vorzeitig auszuchecken und beim verlassen einfach die Karte...
