"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "Decent room size for business hotel. Great location, just in front of train station and airport bus station. There are many good restaurants around. 酒と飯 豆たん & 燒肉 牛笑 are really delicious"

"スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。 写真の感じだとまあ古いんだろうな とは思っていましたが想像以上に汚くて びっくりしました笑 壁紙も汚く、エアコン、冷蔵庫もカビだらけ シャワーも弱く換気扇が切れないように なっているのでずっとうるさいです。 アメニティ、シャンプーは持ち込みおすすめします。 他のお部屋はわからないので一概には 言えませんが、スタッフさんの対応が 良いのでお部屋のクオリティさえ 良くなればリピートしたいです。 "

"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "
