โThe first thing I noticed was they are under construction. The incidental fee is $150 which is extremely high. Also they do not accept cash nor split tender. โIt was very nice to be available to access to Kroger ( Big supermarket) and Right aid even I didn't have a car. And you can go to downtown with Uber as 30 USD.
